I want to know how you make a healthy Chai Tea Latte. I love them too!
So as you can see from my title I added “not recorded treats” which means I may have given into sugar temptations and not taken pictures. Damn you coworker birthday celebrations! I can’t blame anything though except for my weak will power. I did have some healthy meals though 🙂
1) A Citrus Smoothie: 1 grapefruit, 2 tangerines, some orange juice and ice! 2) Spinach, chicken, tomato, olive and almond salad for lunch
