Recent Eats.. and some not recorded treats

I want to know how you make a healthy Chai Tea Latte. I love them too!


So as you can see from my title I added “not recorded treats” which means I may have given into sugar temptations and not taken pictures. Damn you coworker birthday celebrations! I can’t blame anything though except for my weak will power. I did have some healthy meals though 🙂

1) A Citrus Smoothie: 1 grapefruit, 2 tangerines, some orange juice and ice! 2) Spinach, chicken, tomato, olive and almond salad for lunch

3) So my friend Sarah has now got me hooked on chai tea almond milk lattes. I don’t drink coffee so I’m all about trying warm drinks that aren’t coffee related so I have more options when I go to a coffee shop.
