Healthy Homemade Chai Tea Latte

My favorite Starbucks drink!

So is this chai tea latte as good as a coffee shop’s? No. But it also isn’t full of who knows what and tons of calories. I will say it is still good and it does cure my craving. If you’re still wary of it, just give it a try. Once won’t hurt you!

Ingredients:

  • Chai Tea (My favorite is Tazo. You can’t go wrong with any tazo tea)
  • Hot water
  • unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon of Stevia

All you have to do is make tea like you normally would but only fill the mug 3/4. Allow tea to steep. Go ahead and put a tablespoon of stevia into the tea BEFORE the milk.

Then pour the almond milk in to fill the rest of the mug up. Sometimes I’ll put it in the microwave after to make it a little warmer since the milk cools it off.
