I love Snickerdoodles – not only do they taste good, but they are one of the few cookies where I am almost guaranteed to have the necessary ingredients on hand to make them! I’ve never made a recipe for them with cream of tartar, though – I will have to try this in my never-ending quest to find the perfect recipe for them!
